OUR Material



Our patented Cerbide™ material is a binderless tungsten carbide which offers superior wear-resistance performance that is up to 10 times that of conventional tungsten carbide.


Like cemented tungsten carbide, it can be formed into all kinds of wear-part applications and high precision cutting tools. It has far superior abrasion and erosion resistance than the standard product in the market today.


Unlike normal tungsten carbide which normal have a binder, Cerbide™ has no binder and thus is a far superior substrate material for diamond coating. Our test results shown that diamond coating on Cerbide™ lasts 3 times longer than diamond coating on normal carbide, making it the ideal product of choice for high-precision cutting tools for machining the highly demanding composite and graphite materials.
